About Me
I have discovered yoga in 2010 when I was studying in university and since then it became the significant part of my life. After graduation from Technical University in Finland, I decided to take an engineering position to pursue my professional carrier in energy sector. However, after some time I realized that my true passion of being yoga teacher has taken over. So that is how I started to give my yoga classes at studio in Moscow. I've devoted all of my time and energy to teaching yoga and sharing my experience and knowledge with others. In spring 2018 I travelled to India, which is the cradle of yoga, to gain the unique knowledge and to train under mentoring of Kerala teachers. Later I lived and studied in Arhanta yoga ashram where by completing 200 hours of intense training in anatomy of yoga, yogic philosophy and advanced sequencing design, I received the certificate of professional yoga teacher. Currently I am living in Eindhoven and longing to share my practice with everyone.
My classes

I am driven by a passion to help people finding their harmony and peace by practicing asanas and pranaymas. It gives me a lot of happiness to see others get the same benefit from hatha-yoga that I receive from my daily practice.

Hatha-yoga is classical yoga style, which was discovered in ancient times in India. Literally hatha-yoga means 'stubborn practice' and is described as yoga of controlling the body and mind. By regular practice of hatha-yoga the holistic health is improved. The main goal of Hatha yoga is to keep internal body well-being in balance by performing asanas with long, comfortable holds.

In each class, my focus is tailored to individual approach since I believe that hatha-yoga is for everyone regardless age, gender, height, health, or anything for that matter. Rather than putting emphasis on asana alignment, I will guide and adjust your practice using individualized posture modifications.
